Everyone talks about Columbo , and it's true Falks character as Columbo was perfect. But he left a lot of great performances on film. His accomplice or partner in crime was the director/actor John Cassavetes . Below is a clip from a movie called " Nicky & Mickey ", which starred Cassavetes. The movie was directed by Elaine May .
